Frequently asked questions
We compare products based on the manufacturers' published ingredient lists, serving sizes, testing and quality information, guarantees, price per serving and published customer feedback. We do not conduct our own laboratory or clinical testing.
Yes. Some of our pages are advertorials, we participate in affiliate programs and may earn commissions from purchases made through our links. We may also have a financial relationship with, or a direct financial interest in, featured brands. This can influence which products we feature and how they are ranked.
You can send us product information for consideration. Submitting a product does not guarantee coverage or a particular ranking. Please contact us via the partnerships address.
If you notice outdated prices, changed formulas or other errors, please email our general inquiries address. We review all reports and update our content where needed.
We don't sell products ourselves. For orders, shipping, refunds or product questions, please contact the manufacturer or retailer you purchased from directly.
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 1–2 business days.
Important note
